This Graduating student placement procedure sets out the timeline for the appointment of graduating students and the documentation required. Please note this timeline and follow it with care. Dates shown are real and will not be fudged.

Where a congregation wishes to have a graduating student appointed to assist an existing minister, it should be guided by the additional steps set out in the Procedures for Appointing a Graduating Student as a Pastoral Assistant
